Zoë Conway and John Mc Intyre Summer Concert Series

Zoë Conway, John Mc Intyre and a line-up of special guests will perform six concerts in Carlingford, beginning on 22 July.

Folowing the success of a similar series last year, Zoë Conway and John Mc Intyre have announced details of their 2012 summer concert series, which will take place at the Carlingford Heritage Centre on six consecutive sundays beginning 22 July, from 4.00pm to 5.00pm (although the 5 August show starts at 8.00pm).

The fiddle and guitar duo will be joined by a range of guests who reflect the mixed genre allegiances of the series, with Cliodhna Ryan from the Irish Chamber Orchestra and Crash (19 August), uillean piper Mick O’Brien (12 August), Dubliners fiddler John Sheahan (26 August), songwriters Colum Sands (5 August) and Stewart Agnew (29 July) and Riverdancer Siobhán Mason (22 July) all appearing.

The series is supported by Louth County Council. Tickets cost €10, €6 concessions, and are available from the Heritage Centre on 0429373454.
