The Royal College of Music (RCM), a leading global conservatoire located in London, is seeking a part-time Lecturer in Music Education. This permanent role is available from August 2024, with a workload of 0.6 FTE (21 hours per week). The salary ranges from £44,874 to £51,327 per annum (pro-rata), typically commencing at the lower end of the scale.

The successful candidate will teach across undergraduate and postgraduate levels, contributing to the delivery of music education. They should have a significant profile as an innovative practitioner in music education, a track record of collaborative work, and an emerging research profile. Preference will be given to those with expertise in research-informed, inclusive, and participatory educational practices.

The deadline for applications is 9am, 24 May 2024. Interviews are scheduled for 1 July 2024.
