Michael Holohan’s latest album, The Road to Lough Swilly, will be launched on August 14th, 2018 at St. Peters Church of Ireland, Drogheda

The Road to Lough Swilly was composed for uilleann pipes and string orchestra. Its movements explore the life of Hugh O'Neill, Earl of Tyrone.

This new recording features Mick O’Brien, the RTÉ Contempo Quartet, the Boyne Chamber Orchestra and a host of other talented musicians.

There will be a live performance of the piece at St.Peter's Church of Ireland in Drogheda on August 14th. It will start at 6pm.
