The Dallas Opera is currently recruiting an Artistic Coordinator to support the Artistic Department of The Dallas Opera.
Responsibilities:
- Departmental support
- Manage calendars for TDO’s Music Director (MD) and Director of Artistic Administration
- Primary Assistant for MD
- Book travel, car and housing arrangements for MD and DAA
- Draft, edit and/or manage correspondence including audition notices, and notification letters
- Manage expense reports for MD and DAA
- Manage MD and DAA travel budgets
