Auditions will be held on 9 (first round), 10 (second round) and 11 (final round) April 2018 in Amsterdam.

Repertoire will include:

• Mozart, Horn Concerto No. 4, K. 495
• R. Strauss, Horn Concerto No. 1, Op. 11

Recorded solos and excerpts may be requested later at the discretion of the audition committee. Please do not send a recording with your resume at this time.

The orchestra’s activities include concerts in the Netherlands and abroad as well as radio, CD and television recordings and a broad range of streaming activities.

The Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra works to provide its members with suitable instruments, which are loaned to the musicians during their employment with the orchestra.
