Overview
To assist in the creation of all NOW That’s What I Call Music projects.

Responsibilities
Now Album releases

Production
– Setting up releases in project memo (in-house scheduling system)
– Helping with proof reading all CD artwork, including spellings, correct company logos, barcode numbers etc.
– Helping with approving all audio before manufacture (checking for any errors, skips & explicits removed)
– Distribute assets to relevant teams (production / creative / digital / media agency) for campaign preparations
– Assisting with producing a word document of label copy for designers
– Ordering promo videos from labels for inclusion in TV ads

Sales & Marketing
– Day to day contact for the sales team
– Keeping the sales team informed on upcoming release schedule
– Liaising with the media-buyers and communicating media plans through to the interested stakeholders
– Point of contact for any questions relating to NOW
– Communication on all updates to marketing plans
– To keep all marketing budgets up to date and accurate and liasing with finance
– Circulating sales notes of all releases to relevant parties

Promotion
– Manage relationships with Radio and Press promo teams
– Report on Press & Radio activity

Digital
– Assist with updating the weekly NOW playlists across Spotify & Apple Music when required
– Assist with creating and updating playlists on Now Music app, when required

Communication
– Day to day contact for all updates to each release
– Distribution of TV adverts to relevant parties

Reports
– Keeping the sales & marketing tracker up to date
– Updating total Sales documents to track performance
– Creating ad-hoc reports and presentations where needed

Day to Day
– Keep adequate stock of all NOW albums in office
– Sorting all post addressed to NOW Music
– Raising Purchase Orders for all external business partners – point of contact for any queries
– Point of contact for any external business of customer questions
– To be up-to-date on ship and sales figures, patterns of sales and stock levels on releases
– Booking meeting rooms and couriers

Other
– Assist on brand licensing projects including supplying brand partners with assets, as required
– To be aware of changes and developments in the music market, with particular emphasis on competitor activity in the Compilation market.
