Join the members of our Gamelan Ensembles for their end of year performance. Our newest players will perform a selection of traditional gamelan music and Javanese folk songs, as well as their own original compositions written in the traditional forms.

They are followed by one of our more experienced ensembles, Gamelan Jam Delapan (lit. “eight o’clock gamelan”) who will be performing some larger classical pieces from the core Javanese repertoire, also alongside some of their own compositions.
