The Dartington Hall Trust is recruiting a General Manager of the Arts to drive a high performance team and lead delivery of the prestigious Dartington International Summer School of Music and the Barn Cinema
Responsible to the Chief Executive you will be a highly experienced manager with a strong background in music and the arts. You will liaise closely with the Artistic Director of the Summer School. You will work tirelessly to ensure the Arts at Dartington is a leader in its field, recognised for its high artistic quality and customer experience. You will increase customer numbers, engage and inspire external stakeholders, and achieve strong financial performance.
This opening comes at an exciting time for the Arts at Dartington. It is an opportunity for a creative and experienced leader to drive and realise the ambitious plans for Dartington International Summer School of Music and the Barn Cinema.
