Leeds College of Music is seeking to appoint an Associate Director of Undergraduate Studies. 

LCM has introduced a School of Pop and Production and a School of Performance. Answering to the Director of Curriculum, the Associate Director will nurture these two schools and be fundamental in realising LCM’s strategic ambitions to have Taught Degree Awarding Powers, be TEF Gold and to achieve the Investors in People kitemark.  

The successful candidate will be an inspirational and innovative leader with the ability to build relationships and motivate staff at all levels. Educated to at least degree level, with significant University or conservatoire academic management and leadership experience, the successful candidate will become a key collaborator in the conservatoire’s management team.
