Our Slow Sessions are aimed towards (adult) musicians who are learning an instrument and are at a stage where they wish to take part in a relaxed informal Traditional Music Session. These Sessions aim to encourage the participants to learn a repertoire of new tunes while playing with other musicians at slow to moderate tempos.

Slow Sessions are hosted by Paudie O’Connor, a Button Accordion player well grounded in the Sliabh Luachra tradition as well as being a nationally recognised performer.
