Music Publishing Assistant, SATV

The Assistant role is responsible for assisting the SATV Publishing Manager, SATV Publishing Executive and SATV Coordinator in delivering a full music publishing service to Sky and external clients ensuring high service levels are met on a day to day basis.
The Music Department aims to provide a first-class professional service to Sky in relation to all music matters. We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated individual to join the SATV publishing team, who will provide assistance and support to the SATV Publishing team.
Album Projects:
- Ensure asset delivery is complete and deliver to Mastering Engineer
- Create comprehensive metadata templates for delivery to the SATV Website and other agents.
- Register all works according to contracts
- Provide support on artwork pitches
- Create marketing mailouts and distribute to existing client base
Bespoke Projects:
- Register all works according to contracts
- Update clearance forms with cue sheet data
- Ensure assets are uploaded to Soundmouse for AR purposes
Marketing:
- Create showreels and help with award submissions
- Ensure social media channels are kept up to date
- Help with merchandise ideas and ordering
- Create playlists on SATV Website
Other
- Process invoices for both AP and AR purposes
- General administration duties
- Additional adhoc assignments/ projects as directed
