Tate has one of the most successful museum membership schemes in the world and we have just agreed an ambitious three-year strategy to grow even further. Our Marketing and Communications Manager will be a key person in delivering that strategy.

With Tate Members providing one of Tate’s largest sources of income, this is an integral role not just to membership, but also across the institution.

We’re looking for someone with significant direct marketing experience who can lead the planning and delivery of our Membership acquisition and retention programmes. Line management experience is also essential, as you’ll be managing a strong team of Marketing Executives.

The sector you’re currently working in doesn’t matter as much as your experience of direct marketing, CRM and customer retention.

This is an exciting time for Tate and for Tate Members and a great opportunity for you to have a significant impact.
