Children’s Open Trad Session 2019

Children’s Open Trad Session 2019

Sunday, 27 January 2019, 12.30pm

If you’re aged 6+ and play an instrument, this is your chance to come and play in a real trad session! Part of the TradFest Children's Hub 2019
Drop in to our open trad seisiún, especially for children, led by members of Ceoltóirí Chluain Tarbh, a long established and highly active Irish music organisation. Children who can play a tune on the fiddle, bodhrán, harp, concertina, or any instrument at all (including non-traditional instruments) are welcome to come along and find out what it is like to play in a trad session with other young musicians.
Recommended for children who have been learning music for one year or more. Children wishing to participate must bring their own instruments. Families are invited to come, listen and enjoy!
