VISUAL is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive / Artistic Director, to lead it into its next phase of development, as a major arts facility serving the locality, the region and the country, and in celebrating its 10th Anniversary in 2019.

This is a high-profile and inspiring role for an energised and charismatic creative leader, with extensive management experience across both the arts and business spheres. The successful applicant will require a balance of exceptional commercial acumen, artistic vision and programming, personal commitment and arts / venue management experience.
