Job Introduction
The Music, Entertainment and Events area of Multiplatform production is looking to recruit a Production Management Assistant to work in its dynamic production department supporting the wide range of content that is delivered across TV, radio and digital platforms such as TRNSMT, Hogmanay, Breaking The News and Get It On with Bryan Burnett.

Role Responsibility
The departmental PMA is an important role within Music, Entertainment and Events and as such, BBC Scotland are looking for an individual who can provide first class administrative support to the various productions and departmental management in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the area.

Please note that as this is a role within the Music, Entertainment and Events team this may occasionally involve working some anti-social hours and/or weekends.

Are you the right candidate?
This is a busy and varied role suited to an adaptable self-starter with strong organisational, interpersonal skills, and be able to prioritise a number of conflicting demands on your time. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to forward plan and have the ability to build relationships various stakeholders. Along with a good understanding of TV, Radio and Digital production, a knowledge and passion for music, entertainment and events would be beneficial.
