The Irish Youth Wind Ensemble are bringing their national tour to Galway on Sunday 29 July at 6.30pm. The concert will feature Bernstein’s suite from Candide, alongside compositions by Philip Sparke, Alfred Reid and Martin Ellerby.

The group is a 60 piece symphonic wind ensemble made up of Ireland's top young wind, brass and percussion players. They will perform exciting and energetic music for large scale ensembles. This concert marks the culmination of their summer residence course which took place in the University of Limerick. The concert will take place in St Nicholas’ Collegiate Church, Galway. Tickets are €15 / €10 concession and will be available on the door.
