Administrator - Music Centre

The postholder will work as part of a small team, providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Music Centre. Acts as first point of contact for external and internal enquiries to the Music Centre; Prioritises and logs all enquiries, ensures that enquiries are dealt with on time and followed up as necessary. Word-processes, duplicates, photocopies and circulates correspondence, reports and papers of all types, including the preparation of confidential material and financial/statistical information using spreadsheets and databases. Takes and drafts minutes and notes of meetings; prepares action sheets; drafts related routine correspondence; ensures completion of any required follow up. Develops and maintains efficient and up-to-date filing and records systems for correspondence and other related papers. Keeps diaries up-to-date and makes appointments.Garda Vetting Require.
