The intern will gain practical experience in a dynamic third level Music Department, co-administering and promoting public performances, workshops and other events. Of particular value will be the opportunity to work alongside world-renowned ensemble, The Fidelio Trio. The intern will receive formal/informal training in the following: the organisation and promotion of events, collaborating with a range of national and venue-based arts organisations. On completion the intern will have attained skills in the organisation and promotion of events associated with the ensemble’s residency at St Patrick’s College, including Culture Night 2013, the Fidelio Trio Winter Chamber Music Festival, interactive workshops with school and community groups, a series of lunchtime and evening concerts etc.
