Position: Flute and Recorder Teacher
We are excited to welcome a passionate and skilled Flute and Recorder Teacher to join our team of dedicated music educators. As a Flute and Recorder Teacher at Maestro Music Academy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the musical journeys of students while upholding our academy's standard of excellence.

Responsibilities:

Provide engaging and comprehensive flute and recorder lessons to students spanning different age groups and skill levels.
Develop personalized lesson plans that align with individual student goals and adapt teaching methods as needed.
Cultivate proper playing techniques, musical expression, and a solid grasp of music theory.
Prepare students for various performances, recitals, and examinations.
Foster a positive and motivational learning environment that empowers students to excel.
Collaborate effectively with students, parents, and academy staff to communicate progress and objectives.
Requirements:

Proficiency in playing and teaching the flute and recorder.
Strong understanding of music theory and its practical application in flute and recorder instruction.
Prior teaching experience with diverse student profiles is preferred.
Additional abilities in teaching piano or music theory are highly beneficial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
While not mandatory, a bachelor's degree in music or a related field is desirable.
