Towards Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (TEDI)

Project Arts Centre seeks an experienced evaluator for a mid-way evaluation of its policy, Towards Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (TEDI).

This evaluation aims to assess the policy’s progress, identify any gaps or omissions, and incorporate feedback from a broad range of stakeholders, including artists, audiences, local communities, board members, staff, and other organisations. The evaluator will refine the evaluation process in collaboration with Project’s team, conduct focus groups, review existing data, and include quantitative analysis in the final report.

The work begins in April with the evaluation process to be designed by the end of that month. Focus groups and feedback collection are scheduled between May and June, with a final report due by early August. The evaluator’s fee is €6,000, with no additional budget for expenses, although €1,500 is available for artist participants in focus groups.

Applicants should submit a letter detailing their suitability, including experience in evaluation and working with marginalised groups, along with a current CV to jobs [at] projectartscentre.ie by 7 April.
