Damien Dempsey is a musician who needs little introduction. His debut album in 2000, set him apart as a unique and important voice and the past 15 years has seen a career which encompasses six top 10 studio albums and several prestigious Irish Meteor Awards including Best Irish Male and Best Traditional Folk Award. His albums have topped the charts and achieved platinum status, and he has been lauded by, among others, Rolling Stone magazing, The Guardian, Billboard, MOJO and The Sunday Times. He has tourse widely internationally and has supported such legends as Bob Dylan, Sinead O’Connor, Morrisey and Bruce Springsteen. This February saw the release of It’s All Good, The Best of Damien Dempsey, an album celebrating Damien’s illustrious career to date.
