In a three-concert series, the Irish Chamber Orchestra presents astonishing masterworks from the composer’s later years alongside thrilling 21st century sounds.

This second programme presents Beethoven’s sublime String Quartet in C sharp minor, Op. 131 in a rare orchestral performance, and also continues the Festival’s focus on one of Ireland’s most exciting creative talents, Cork-based Sam Perkin with his acclaimed work Nimbus, commissioned by the ICO.
