Ergodos Opens New Studio in Dublin
The record label and production company Ergodos has announced the opening of a new studio in the heart of Dublin.
The purpose-built composition and post-production studio is a home for the label’s own work but will also serve a wider community of musicians, producers, engineers and composers.
Housed in a former factory (now MART Creative Hub) on Portobello Harbour, the studio was designed to provide a first-rate listening and working environment, suitable for a range of music and audio projects, including composition, production, mixing, mastering, audio restoration, podcasting and media production.

The label has just launched its latest recording, the debut album from composer Jonathan Nangle. Pause features six compositions performed by Crash Ensemble, ranging from duos for viola and cello, violin and resonators, and cello and electronics, to works for violin, viola, cello and double bass.
Ergodos has also recently shared the news that composer Simon O’Connor, a frequent collaborator in Ergodos projects, has just been appointed director of The Ulysses Centre, a major new cultural centre in Dublin.
