CAN Percussion Trio Debut Irish Tour

CAN Percussion trio embark on an Irish tour on 13 June, playing four dates around the country before finishing up in Castlebar on 19 June.

The CAN Percussion Trio, a group led by former principal percussionist of the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra and musical director of the first Riverdance tour, Noel Eccles, will perform at four venues across Ireland in their debut Irish tour, which takes place in June and is presented by Music Network.

The tour commences on 13 June in the Coach House in Dublin, calls at Newbridge on 14 June and Carrick-On-Shannon on 15 June, before concluding in the Linehall Arts Centre in Castlebar on 19 June. The programme for the tour, which will see the trio (made up of Eccles, Alex Petcu and Chris Stynes) performing on over thirty percussion instruments, features music by Steve Reich, Minoru Miki and N.J. Zivkovic.
