Library Co-Ordinator Position at CMC

The Contemporary Music Centre (CMC), based on Fishamble Street in Dublin 8, is recruting a Library Co-Ordinator for a six-month period. The position is full-time, offered on a contract basis.
Responsibilities would include cataloguing the CMC’s collection of scores by Irish composers, working on the aquisition of new materials, assisting visitors to the library and liasing with composers. The Co-Ordinator would also be expected to supply technical support to other staff.
Applicants must have degree in music and third-level qualifications in library and information systems. A broad appreciation of the arts in Ireland is desired, as well as a proven ability in the development of cultural heritage projects and digital archiving.
