The University of Atypical for Arts and Disability in Belfast is recruiting a part-time Community Engagement Manager to join their team. This role, offered on a fixed-term contract from May 2024 to March 2026, involves 32 hours per week with a salary of £24,120 (£30,151 full-time equivalent).

Responsibilities include managing Community Engagement Programme budgets, overseeing community initiatives, and supporting the development and delivery of services that promote equality, access, and inclusion within the arts and disability sectors. The role requires financial management skills, experience in programme delivery, and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

Applicants should possess strong organisational and communication skills and have a background in arts management or disability arts. The position is office-based with some travel required, and hybrid working arrangements can be considered.
