IMG Artists in London is inviting applications for the role of Senior Assistant Artist Manager. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks to support Artist Managers in developing artist careers. Responsibilities include maintaining artists’ diaries, coordinating logistics with promoters, producing itineraries, facilitating visas, and handling financial records. The successful candidate will also craft sales materials and work closely with record labels and media partners.

Applicants must have 18-24 months of relevant experience, excellent organizational skills, a strong interest in classical music, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A background in music and additional languages are advantageous.

This full-time role requires hybrid working with at least two days per week in the office. The starting salary is £29,000 per annum plus benefits. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
