Lime Tree Theatre in Limerick is hiring a Programme Manager/Creative Producer.

Reporting to the Theatre Director, the Programme Manager/Creative Producer will be responsible for:
– Supporting the Director in delivering on the aims and objectives of the company’s five year strategy;
– Working as part of the Lime Tree Theatre/Belltable team to deliver a vibrant, innovative and inclusive programme of performing arts events and activities;
– Collaborating with the Director to curate, programme and manage the overall artistic programme of the organisation and particularly the Belltable;
– Leading the continued operation and development of the Belltable: Connect artist capacity building programme, and the day-to-day management of the Belltable Hub;
– Producing or co-producing work for the Belltable and Lime Tree Theatre stages.

The successful candidate will have a strong creative vision and have a track-record of working with a wide range of artists within the performing arts. Experience of artist development programmes and/or work in producing theatre is highly desirable. A knowledge and interest in cinema will be a significant advantage.

This is a key appointment for the organisation and will require a person of proven artistic, organisational and administrative skills with a high degree of interpersonal and communication ability and a collaborative mind-set. The successful candidate will display a strong sense of audience demands and of community and stakeholder consultation and participation.
