Help Musicians is inviting applications for a full-time, permanent Service Designer position based in London.

Reporting to the Director of Musicians’ Services, the role entails an internal design consultant’s responsibilities, transforming and delivering services to support musicians effectively. Ideal candidates must have hands-on experience in a relevant service design environment and a strong understanding of end-to-end service design processes. Proficiency in designing and conducting user research and testing, with an ability to balance user needs and business priorities, is a prerequisite.

The annual salary ranges from £40k to £44k, depending on the candidate’s experience, and includes a 10% pension, healthcare cash plan, and other benefits.
