Other Voices presents: Anam – Songs for Hearts & Minds with Nell Mescal, Kingfishr and Ezra Williams
Other Voices’ new collaborative project called Anam - Songs for Hearts & Minds is set to launch this May. Produced in partnership with the Office of Public Works and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Anam offers live music performances from some of Ireland’s most historic and breathtaking landmarks.
The project is presented by MayKay and on 4 May will feature rising stars Nell Mescal, folk trio Kingfishr, and indie-pop sensation Ezra Williams. The aim is to showcase even more historic gems around the country, following the success of Fontaines D.C.’s Other Voices Courage iconic performance in the OPW’s Kilmainham Gaol.
Anam will take place in various locations, including Kildare’s majestic Castletown House, Cahir Castle in Tipperary, the Blasket Centre - Ionad an Bhlascaoid, in Dunquin, and Desmond Castle in Newcastlewest, Co Limerick. These locations will serve as breathtaking backdrops for these live music performances.
