Serious is currently recruiting a Head of Development & Partnerships.

The Head of Development & Partnerships will be responsible for leading and securing new business from corporate sponsors, media partnerships, one-off tenders, and foreign governments. With a new organisation strategy in place, this role will be key in developing and implementing the development and partnerships strategy at the organisation. Identifying new business opportunities, this role will lead and work with the Development & Partnerships Team to create engaging pitches and deliver upon agreed partnerships.

The selected candidate will have proven experience in securing new business with commercial businesses or corporate sponsors across a variety of sectors. They will be confident in networking and managing both new and existing relationships with key stakeholders. They will have strong pitching capabilities and understand how to put engaging materials together to secure new business. This person will also have line management experience and be comfortable working with senior leaders.
