
Concert Hall Assistant Manager
The Faculty of Music at the University of Cambridge is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Concert Hall Manager for West Road Concert Hall. The successful applicant will be part of a team managing a renowned 500-seat venue that hosts a diverse range of events. With a direct role in administrative support, client liaising, and event booking processes, the role is pivotal in the concert hall’s operations that generate approximately £500k in turnover annually.
Applicants are expected to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a readiness to engage in the learning opportunities presented. The Faculty is a hub for academic and practical musical engagement, featuring a significant number of staff, lecturers, and a vibrant student body.
Salary for the post ranges from £29,605 to £33,966. Applications must be submitted by midnight (GMT) on 23 November 2023. Interviews are planned for the first week of December.
