Guildhall Young Artists Taunton is inviting applications for the role of Music Tutors in various disciplines for the 2024/25 academic year.

This opportunity is for those who are available on Saturdays during term time for 10 weeks per term, starting from September 2024. The position is based at Richard Huish College, Taunton, Somerset, and offers a salary of £38 per hour on a self-employed basis.

The centre is seeking to expand its team with energetic, skilled practitioners and industry professionals in DJing & Music Production, Drums & Percussion, Guitar & Bass Guitar & Ukulele, Singing (classical & contemporary), and Woodwind (especially flute, oboe & saxophone). Applicants should have a track record of developing young students’ potential across diverse backgrounds.

The deadline for applications is 12 noon, Monday 22 April 2024, with interviews scheduled between 30 April and 7 May 2024.
