Creative Ireland South Dublin Schools Cultural Award 2023

The Creative Ireland South Dublin Schools Cultural Award 2023 is inviting applications from schools in the South Dublin County Administrative Area. The award aims to support primary and secondary schools, as well as programmes for early school leavers, to create projects enhancing arts practice in the disciplines of Drama, Dance, and Visual Arts. Available awards range between €500 and €2000, with the highest possible award being €2000.

Interested applicants are encouraged to reach out to Meabh Butler, the Assistant Arts Officer, at mbutler [at] with any queries. Schools can also request the application form in hardcopy or large print from Meabh Butler.

The application deadline is 5:00 PM on Tuesday, October 10, 2023. An assessment will be conducted based on the event or project’s ambition, potential impact, cost, and feasibility of completion by May 2024. Projects should be finalised by May 2024, include a public event in South Dublin County, and acknowledge funding from Creative Ireland South Dublin in all related materials.
