Offaly County Council presents the Festivals Arts Grant Scheme 2024, designed to support the arts component of festivals within Offaly, acknowledging their role in enhancing the county’s cultural tourism and creating a sustainable arts environment.

Eligibility for the grant is extended to organisations planning festivals or events with a distinct artistic focus, set to occur within the 2024 calendar year in Offaly. These festivals may feature a single art form or a combination, spanning music, literature, film, digital media, community arts, theatre, dance, visual arts, and architecture.

Funding can be applied for covering artists’ fees (including performance fees), audience development activities to build lasting relationships with audiences, and travel costs and expenses for artists/performers.

Applications close on 19 February at 3pm.
