Frank Patterson – Ireland’s Golden Tenor

Thursday, 28 May 2020, 8.00pm

Frank Patterson was acclaimed as Ireland’s greatest tenor during his lifetime. Born in Tipperary in 1938, his glittering international career came to a sudden halt when he passed away in 2000 at the age of 61.

Join members of Frank’s musical family and special guest Anthony Kearns as we tell the story of his life through archival film and live performance, from his early days in Clonmel to his success on the stages of Carnegie Hall, Hollywood and beyond. Relive all your favourite songs from Danny Boy and Macushla to How Great Thou Art, Faith of Our Fathers and more.
