See more than 20 leading artists from four generations perform works from across four centuries in three concerts at Queen Elizabeth Hall and Royal Festival Hall – all in one unbeatable day.

Fifty years of music. Four generations of artists. Three visionary concerts. One magnificent day.

To mark 50 golden years of music-making, our one-day programme of three concerts features exceptional artists showcasing their musical talents.

The programme caters for every musical taste, from classical devotees to contemporary music followers, featuring music from much-loved favourites such as Tchaikovsky and Chopin, more contemporary compositions by Piazzolla and Birtwistle, and a world premiere by Peter Eötvös.

More than 20 leading artists including Vladimir Ashkenazy, Barbara Hannigan, Jess Gillam and Andreas Scholl perform in solos and recitals.

At the evening concert the Philharmonia Orchestra is conducted by not just one, but four inspiring conductors, in a unique opportunity to see the best that classical music has to offer with some of the world’s leading artists sharing the stage.

This day of concerts celebrates the 50th anniversary of music management agency HarrisonParrott and the launch of the HarrisonParrott Foundation, a charity which aims to support and champion diversity and inclusivity within the arts. The concerts reflect the wide range of artists that HarrisonParrott represents, and we are fortunate to have so many of them joining our celebrations today.

Brahms, Chopin & Debussy, Music From Bach to Birtwistle, One Orchestra Four Great Conductors takes place on Sunday 6 October 2019.
