The Arts Council announces the International Residency Initiatives Scheme, inviting applications from organisations engaged in all art forms and practices.

This scheme offers a maximum award of €50,000. It is designed to support art organisations in facilitating residencies that foster transnational exchange and cooperation, thereby enhancing the international mobility and professional development of artists and art practitioners.

Eligible applicants are organisations based in the Republic of Ireland that demonstrate a partnership with at least one other organisation abroad. The focus is on enabling art organisations to initiate or strengthen collaborative projects with international partners, tailored to meet the specific needs of each partnership, art form, and artistic objectives.

The closing date is 4 April 2024 at 5.30pm.
