The London Symphony Orchestra (LSO) is seeking a Development Co-ordinator to work across the Development Department supporting the team in delivering the best experiences for supporters, as well as growing income at a time when fundraising plays an increasingly important role in the LSO’s finances.
At a time when resources are limited, they will play a key role in developing cross-team systems and processes which increase efficiency and collaboration.
Role Objectives are:
– To support cross-team collaboration through the implementation of excellent administration procedures and record keeping, with a particular focus on the Development CRM (currently Raiser’s Edge)
– To support ticket bookings for supporters of the Orchestra
– To give administrative and on-the-day support for cross-team events and other activities e.g. mailings and stakeholder management
– To provide executive support for the Director of Development, in particular in arranging Development Board and other external meetings
