Junior Department Deputy Teachers – Violin & Cello
The Royal College of Music Junior Department (RCMJD) is recruiting Deputy Teachers for Violin & Cello to join its string department.
The role is term-time only and takes place on Saturdays. RCMJD offers advanced musical training for students aged 8 to 18 who attend regular weekday schools. The Deputy Teachers will cover for permanent teachers who may be engaged in external performances on Saturdays. Applicants must be proficient practitioners, either as performers or teachers, and have relevant experience in teaching students aged 8 to 18 to a high technical and musical standard.
The salary is £40.27 per hour, and the closing date for applications is 9:00 AM on 12 September 2023, with interviews to be conducted on 22 September 2023.
