Galway International Arts Festival and Róisín Dubh have announced that The Saw Doctors will perform an additional concert at the Heineken® Big Top on 29th July 2023, as part of the Galway International Arts Festival 2023. This decision was made following the rapid sellout of the first concert and an overwhelming demand for tickets.

The Saw Doctors last performed at the festival in 2004 alongside The Undertones at the Warwick Hotel.

Their first single, 'N17,' penned by band members Davy Carton and Leo Moran, laid the groundwork for their record-breaking Irish single 'I Useta Lover.' The band has also achieved chart success in the UK and the US.

In 2011, The Saw Doctors collaborated with Petula Clark to release a revamped version of the 1960s classic 'Downtown,' which reached number 2 in the Irish singles Christmas chart.

Tickets for The Saw Doctors' second concert will be available from 10am on Tuesday, 11th April, at www.giaf.ie and www.roisindubh.net.
