New Music Video from Brian Finnegan 'Flow, In the Year of Wu Wei'

A short film visualising the track ‘Flow, In The Year Of Wu Wei’ that was released back in June 2020. It's about the power of creative spirit that in times of crisis, is forced out of a space of comfort into radical new perspectives and forms of expression to find meaning and make sense of the things we cannot control and cannot really explain.

Shot in various locations around the world; from the eerie beauty of Riddel’s Warehosue in Belfast, to Corredor Regina in the historical centre of Mexico City; from Kirov in Russia to the rooftops of Saint Petersburg and finally on top of Navan Fort, Armagh.
This was a collaborative project between Alan Docerty, who filmed directed and edited the video, Belfast artist EMIC, and Brian Finnegan alongside Sean Og Graham and Liam Bradley who co-arranged the music of Flow, In The Year Of Wu Wei.
The cast featured, Brian Finnegan, Sean Og Graham, Liam Bradley, Emic, Anton Boiarskikh, Boris Grebenshikov, Ollin Roa Finnegan, Carlos Blanco Rey Flores. The music is Flow In The Year Of Wu Wei, composed by Brian Finnegan and recorded, mixed and co-produced by Sean Og Graham in Bannview Studios, Portlegnone, Co Antrim. It features Brian Fiinnegan on whistles and flutes; Seán Óg Graham on guitar, electric guitar, keyboards and programming; Liam Bradley on drums. percussion & loops; Anton Boiarskikh on trombone; Boris Grebenshikov, narration and Ollin Tom, Flow.
