Business to Arts (BtoA), a 35-year-old charitable organisation fostering corporate-cultural sector partnerships, seeks a Membership, Events & Projects Executive for a full-time, three-year fixed-term contract. Based in Dublin, this blended role involves office, client-based, and remote work, with a starting salary of €37,000 to €40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The Executive will manage BtoA’s Membership programme, including corporate and private donors, and support the development and delivery of key events such as the Business to Arts Awards and Leadership Forum. Responsibilities include membership retention, onboarding new members, managing business member engagement, leading event programming, and supporting project delivery in arts funds and client arts projects.

Applicants should have 2–3 years of experience in business development, membership management, or project management. A degree in business studies, marketing, or arts management, digital literacy, and experience in client/member relationship management, project delivery, and financial administration are essential.
