The Royal Academy of Music are looking for a Historical Performance Administrator to support the Head of Historical Performance with second study Pathways and Electives, Open Academy and concerts department projects. Duties are wide-ranging and include: coordination and implementation of termly teaching calendars of classes and events; booking rooms, equipment, performers; maintaining student records and assessments; managing publicity for events; and assisting with the department budget and financial processes.

Flexibility of hours/days is possible and will be required at certain times.

The successful post holder will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent administrative skills, an interest in music and historical performance and the ability to work independently and within a team. You will have previous administrative experience in events or concert management and an interest in music and historical performance.
