The Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC), based in Stratford-upon-Avon, is seeking a Music Resources Assistant for a six-month fixed-term, variable contract. This role involves providing logistical, technical, and practical support to the Music Resources Coordinator. It is a hands-on position requiring knowledge of musical instruments and an understanding of live music in a theatre setting.

The Music Resources Assistant will work closely with various departments, creatives, composers, music directors, and musicians to ensure seamless integration of music throughout the lifecycle of each production. Key responsibilities include managing equipment for rehearsals, recordings, and performances, assisting in space preparation and technical support, cataloguing equipment and instrument stock, facilitating instrument transport, updating digital hardware operating systems, and archiving musical production assets.
