The Carducci String Quartet is set to perform a series of concerts as part of the Kilkenny Arts Festival’s Lunchtime Music Series. The performance is scheduled for 16th August 2023 at 1pm, at St John’s Priory.

Programme IV, dubbed ‘TURNING POINT PARIS’, features three compositions: Philip Glass’s String Quartet No. 3 ‘Mishima’, Maurice Ravel’s String Quartet in F major, and Astor Piazzolla’s ‘Four, for Tango’.

The Carducci String Quartet has prepared a varied repertoire for the festival, highlighting works from various composers from different eras.

Tickets for Programme IV are priced at €20 and €18, with the concert lasting approximately 50 minutes. Ticket bundles are available for those who wish to experience multiple performances throughout the festival.
