ICT Helpdesk Supervisor
The Arts Council of Ireland is offering a full-time, fixed-term contract for 18 months for an ICT Helpdesk Supervisor at Executive Officer Grade.
This role is responsible for the development, implementation, configuration, and support of ICT systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities include supervising activities within the ICT service desk, allocating tickets, ensuring end-user assistance, and contributing to problem resolution.
