The French Embassy in association with Irish cultural partners is delighted to present a series of free events celebrating la Fête de la Musique in Ireland:
-> Tuesday, 18 June, 6.30pm - Talk & Film screening at the Alliance Française Dublin featuring the film 'Rise' (En Corps) by Cédric Klapisch introduced by Dr. Laura Anderson, musicologist from University College Dublin.

-> Wednesday, 19 June, 2-4pm - Melanie O'Reilly Trio performs an afternoon of jazz songs with special guest from Brittany Brewen Favreau, at the Wexford Arts Centre in association with Wexford Normandy Cultural Association.

-> Friday, 21 June, 6pm - Irish première concert by Martina Rosaria O’Connell.
The award-winning Irish flautist will perform her transcription of romantic French composer Mel Bonis’s Violin Sonata in F Sharp Minor, accompanied by pianist David Vesey. This event is presented in association with the Royal Irish Academy of Music.
