The Royal Academy of Music is hiring an Artist Development Project Manager to work alongside the Artist Development team in project managing and coordinating the courses, workshops and the new student festival. You will work closely with the Senior Lecturer and lecturer in Artist Development, Heads of Departments and other departmental administrators.

You will need to be a proactive and highly organised individual with strong project management, organisational and prioritisation skills in order to successfully respond to the needs of the students. As this is a busy and demanding role, you will need to prioritise a number of different responsibilities simultaneously and independently. It is essential that you have a musical background and previous experience working for an arts organisation, or in higher education.
