Irish artist Somebody’s Child has confirmed a headline performance at the 3Olympia Theatre in Dublin on 12th April 2024. Tickets for this event will be available for purchase from 15th September at 10am, starting at €25.50 plus a booking fee.

Somebody’s Child, also known as Cian Godfrey, launched his self-titled debut album on 3rd February 2023. The album was initiated in Dublin in 2018, resulting in a collection of indie-pop singles. The artist gained initial traction in Ireland and the UK, leading to support performances with bands like Primal Scream and Kaiser Chiefs and an appearance on The Late Late Show. The album production was overseen by Mikko Gordon at Hackney Road Studios, East London. After its release, the album received reviews from various outlets, including CLASH, The Irish Times, and Hot Press. Radio channels such as RTE 2FM, BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6 Music, and NPO 3FM in the Netherlands also provided airplay.

In 2023, Somebody’s Child had a full tour in the UK, performed at the renowned BBC Maida Vale Studios, and showcased their talent at events like Eurosonic in Groningen. They also performed at multiple festivals, including Best Kept Secret, Truck Festival, Boardmasters, and Reading & Leeds.
